How to obtain an electronic military ID through "Reserve+" or "Diya".

Obtaining a copy of the military registration document has become significantly easier. You can generate an Electronic Military ID through the "Reserve+" app or on the "Diya" portal.

"Telegraf" explains how to acquire the document online. The electronic military ID holds the same legal validity as the paper version.

Electronic Military ID in "Reserve+"

To create an electronic copy in "Reserve+", you need to:

1. Log into the app and update your information.
2. Locate the document with the QR code by clicking on the three dots next to it.
3. Select "Download PDF".
4. Save the file to Google Drive, send it via email, or through a messenger.
5. If necessary, print the document.

Military ID on the "Diya" Portal

"Diya" now also allows the creation of an electronic military registration document, pulling data from the Register of Conscripts, Military Personnel, and Reservists (Oberih). It includes information about the reservation status, and the QR code facilitates easy verification.

To apply through "Diya", you need to:

1. Authenticate using an electronic signature (KEP).
2. Select the service "Military Registration Document".
3. Submit an application, ensuring the data is up to date.
4. Sign the document with an electronic signature.

The military registration document will be generated if the individual's data is current in the Register of Conscripts, Military Personnel, and Reservists.

We remind you that in "Reserve+" you can now obtain a deferment from mobilization. Online deferment registration is available for:

• Individuals with disabilities who have a valid pension certificate confirming their disability pension;
• Students and postgraduates pursuing sequential education. For example, those who obtain a master's degree after a bachelor's degree.

To apply for a deferment, you need to:

1. Download the updated version of "Reserve+", which is now available on the AppStore and PlayMarket.
2. Log into the app.
3. Send a request for deferment registration.

After this, the system will automatically check if the user is eligible for deferment. If confirmed, the information will be reflected in the electronic military document.
