Kyivstar cost the client 600 hryvnias per month. The company explained how this happened and provided tips on how to avoid similar situations.

A client of the mobile operator "Kyivstar" was outraged by the deduction of money from her account after her chosen tariff expired. As a result, her mobile services cost her 600 hryvnias for the month.

She left a complaint on the official page of "Kyivstar," where she soon received a response from the company. The client noted that after the tariff's expiration, money began to be deducted from her account daily to provide her with calls and other services.

"I don’t want money to be deducted from my account every day after the tariff has ended. I’m not asking for it. Why do this?" — she wrote.

Shortly thereafter, "Kyivstar" responded to the complaint. They explained that these are the conditions of the tariff plan and that it is not possible to disable deductions after the tariff has expired.

Additionally, the client was informed that she could switch to the "All at Once" tariff plan. This plan does not have daily deductions, and each service is charged separately if the tariff is not fully activated.

As a reminder, earlier "Telegraf" reported that Ukrainians complained about the pensioner tariff from "Kyivstar". Social media users pointed out that this tariff plan can only be obtained by signing a contract in a "Kyivstar" store.
