In Kryvyi Rih, a man was caught selling pomegranates at a public transport stop (PHOTO).

In a village near the town of Sofiivka in the Kryvyi Rih district, a 55-year-old man attempted to sell ammunition near a public transport stop, according to "Vydomo," citing the Dnipropetrovsk Police.

Specifically, he was offering hand grenades and a fuse for sale. Police discovered two detonators, five grenades, and cash in possession of the man, who had a prior criminal record. The seized evidence was sent for examination.

Based on the collected evidence, the police detained the individual under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.

Investigators, in coordination with the Kryvyi Rih Eastern District Prosecutor's Office, informed the man of the suspicion under Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and chose to impose a preventive measure in the form of detention.
