New power outage schedules are in effect in Dnipro. Here’s how to find out when your turn for a shutdown is.

The new unified national schedule addresses the issue where, despite having the same restrictions, some regions experienced more power supply while others had less.

Starting Monday, December 16, new power outage schedules will take effect across Ukraine. Each group of consumers has been divided into two subgroups, ensuring a minimum of 3.5 hours of electricity between outages. Specifically, the updated schedules are already in place in Dnipro.

As noted by DTEK, you can find the updated schedules through a chatbot or on the DTEK Dnipro Electric Networks website. In the revised schedule, all consumers remain in the same queue they were in previously. You can check your subqueue via this link.

  • 1.1 queue – from 12:00 to 16:00.

As explained by DTEK, starting from 01:00 on December 16, new unified stabilization outage schedules will be implemented across Ukraine, including in Dnipropetrovsk region. These schedules are consistent for all regions, allowing for more flexible management of the energy system and reducing the number of clients affected by outages.

"Previously, the approach to forming outage schedules in different regions varied significantly in the number of hours with and without power. To address this, NEC Ukrenergo and the Ministry of Energy are implementing a unified approach to creating schedules across the country, as mandated by law," the energy providers explained.

What Has Changed

  • The outage schedule is divided into 30-minute intervals, with each queue split into two subqueues: 1.1 and 1.2, 2.1 and 2.2, etc.
  • There will be more hours of electricity – at least 3.5 hours between potential outages in the absence of network emergencies.

Previously, "Telegraph" reported on what outage schedules will be in effect on Monday, December 16, throughout Ukraine. At the same time, a maximum of two queues will be turned off.
