A preparatory hearing was held at the Pavlohrad District Court regarding the case of the mayor of Ternivka, Vitaliy Tarelkin, and officials from municipal enterprises accused of embezzling budget funds, reports "Vідомо" citing Бегемот.
The case involves 9 defendants; however, the hearing could not commence on the merits. A break was announced almost immediately during the session. The prosecutor indicated that he had received 10 motions from participants in the process, which prevented him from reviewing them in time.
The next court session is scheduled for a month later – on February 21.
