Not everyone enjoys fish patties, as many believe this dish tends to be a bit dry. However, even from lean fish, you can prepare this dish deliciously by knowing a few secrets.

How to Make Tuna Patties

Ingredients

  • tuna – 1 can;
  • carrot – 1 piece;
  • zucchini – 1 piece;
  • onion – 1 piece;
  • herbs;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • spices;
  • lemon juice – half;
  • eggs – 2-3 pieces;
  • flour – 2-3 tbsp;

Cooking Method:

1. Place the tuna in a deep bowl and mash it with a fork.

2. Grate the carrot and zucchini on a coarse grater and add them to the tuna.

3. Dice the onion, chop the herbs, and add them to the bowl as well.

4. Add salt, pepper, spices, and lemon juice.

5. Add the eggs and flour, then mix again.

6. Shape the patties and fry them in a preheated pan with vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
