Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed his belief regarding the swift conclusion of the war in Ukraine. At the World Economic Forum in Davos, the head of state emphasized that the key factor is not the speed but the quality of achieving peace.
For Ukraine, it is crucial to obtain reliable security guarantees that make new aggression impossible. This was stated by Volodymyr Zelensky during a conversation with Bloomberg's editor-in-chief, John Micklethwait.
"For me, quality is more important than deadlines. Of course, timelines are also a priority, as they affect people's lives," noted the President of Ukraine.
Zelensky stressed that peace must be strong and just to prevent further attempts at aggression from Putin. According to the head of state, the Russian leader will not stop until he is halted or until he destroys Ukraine.
"It is important that we achieve a stable peace and security for Ukraine,"
emphasized Volodymyr Zelensky.Earlier, "Telegraph" gathered the main statements made by the Ukrainian leader during his conversation with a journalist from Bloomberg.
