The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court has upheld the decision to impose a bail of 100 million UAH on former head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration Viktor Bondar, as reported by "Vydamo".
"The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court reviewed the appeals filed by the defense and prosecution against the ruling of the investigative judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated January 24, 2025, regarding the application of a preventive measure in the form of bail amounting to 100 million UAH for the Member of Parliament of Ukraine. Following the review, the panel of judges of the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court rejected the appeals of the parties, and the ruling of the investigative judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court remains unchanged. The decision came into legal force upon its announcement and is not subject to appeal in cassation," the press service of the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court stated.
