Humenyuk has reemerged in public following the scandal, now in a new role. Here’s what we know.

Former Defense Forces spokesperson Natalia Humeniuk has reemerged in the information space. She provided comments to journalists and was introduced in a new role.

This was reported by Novini.LIVE. They noted that on the "We are Ukraine" TV channel, Humeniuk appeared as a representative of the Main Department of Psychological Support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, there was no official information regarding her appointment.

In a segment of the telethon, a story was presented about a rehabilitation center in the Carpathians for defenders and their families. Natalia Humeniuk discussed its operations, highlighting that the initiative was made possible through the support of large businesses.

"The focus here is on family recovery, facilitating communication between soldiers who have not seen their families for a long time, and reintegrating them into civilian society to help them socialize after spending extended periods in combat conditions, which can lead to a disconnection from civilian life," Humeniuk stated.

As a reminder, earlier "Telegraph" reported that on April 16, a statement was published on the website of the Institute of Mass Information, where over a hundred media professionals called for replacing Natalia Humeniuk with a more competent individual. They claimed that Humeniuk prohibits the coverage of war crimes in her area of responsibility and demands access to the regions of Kherson.

Natalia Humeniuk was soon relieved of her duties as the head of the Strategic Communications Center of the Southern Defense Forces. Afterward, she became the deputy head of the communications department of the Operational Command "South," but she stayed there for only a day.
