08:35 The editor-in-chief of "Telegraph," Yaroslav Zharenov, spoke on the sidelines of MSC-2025 with some of Ukraine's partners and shared insights on the sentiments among politicians.

Here are a few key takeaways:

  • The Vice President of the USA, JD Vance, threw a hellish party for the world with a cold shower. The high-ranking audience barely applauded, and the hall was frankly shocked — Europe was being wiped out live on air.
  • Putin is allegedly assembling a team of "heavyweights" for negotiations to end the war. Ukraine is not preparing a special negotiating team, but people close to Zelensky, such as Yermak, Sibiga, and others, may be involved.
  • Zelensky and his team have begun promoting a new model of security guarantees — a 1.5 million strong Ukrainian army and a closed sky over our territory. Kyiv proposes that our partners pay for this.

In summary: it's too early to bury Ukraine, but no one is in a hurry to jump into the grave. For more on the situation in Munich, read the column on "Telegraph."
