In Kryvorizhya, a cyclist was killed under the wheels of a car (PHOTO).
On the morning of Monday, February 10, a fatal traffic accident occurred near the village of Karachunovka in the Kryvyi Rih district: a car struck a cyclist, resulting in death. This was reported by "Vідомо," referencing "На Часі", "Свої. Кривий Ріг", and "Первый Городской".
The tragedy took place at dawn around 06:00. According to eyewitnesses, it happened at a pedestrian crossing.
According to law enforcement officials who were on the scene, a 38-year-old driver of a LADA, heading towards Kryvyi Rih, did not notice the cyclist, as he was allegedly blinded by a truck coming from the opposite direction. The cyclist succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

The driver stated that he did not even have time to realize whether the cyclist was crossing the road perpendicularly, pushing the bike, or riding it.
Law enforcement will investigate the details of the accident. Preliminary reports indicate that the driver was sober at the time of the incident.
Relatives of the deceased were present at the scene of the tragedy.
