The leadership of NABU and SAP announced during a briefing that the anti-corruption agencies are investigating a case regarding the possible submission of false information in the declaration by the people's deputy from "Servant of the People," Roman Kaptelov, as reported by "Vidomo."
The case against Kaptelov was opened under part 2 of article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – "Declaration of false information." The sanctions outlined in this article include a potential prison sentence of up to two years, along with a prohibition on holding certain positions or engaging in specific activities for up to three years.
