A former head of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCK) of the Odessa region was detained in Kyiv after being released from a detention center. Law enforcement agencies have not disclosed his name, but according to journalists from "RBK-Ukraine," it concerns Yevhen Borисov.
This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine. The arrest was carried out by the employees of the State Bureau of Investigations under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutor General's Office. The ex-head of the TCK of the Odessa region has been notified of suspicion under the following articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
According to the investigation, the suspect, while serving as the head of the Odessa regional TCK and SP, forged official documents. These documents were created by a commission investigating an accident and became the basis for making false decisions by units and institutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine regarding issues with legal consequences, as well as providing grounds for payments and benefits stipulated by legislation.
Based on this, the Regional Military Medical Commission drafted a protocol that incorrectly concluded that the suspect's injury was related to defending the homeland, and commands were issued by the military unit that unjustly awarded him an additional payment of 165,000 hryvnias for the period of April to June 2022.
The sanctions for these articles provide for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to fifteen years. At the same time, according to "RBK-Ukraine," the former head of the TCK attempted to leave the country.
Previously, "Telegraph" reported on other scandalous actions involving Yevhen Borисov. The former MP named five incidents.
