More problems than benefits? The commander of the Third Assault Brigade shared his thoughts on military mobilization.

Проблемы перевешивают преимущества? Командир Третьей штурмовой поделился мнением о силовой мобилизации.

Ukrainian soldiers are wary of wearing uniforms in cities, particularly larger ones. This is due to the public's perception of the employees at the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRC).

This opinion was expressed in an interview with Natalia Moseychuk by the commander of the 3rd Assault Brigade and head of the "National Corps," Andriy Biletsky. According to him, the current situation is not beneficial for either side.

"I believe that it is better not to go into cities in uniform because of all this fear and hysteria related to the military enlistment offices. People often regard those in uniform with suspicion. And I know that this is genuinely painful and unpleasant for many, because a year ago, people felt a sense of unity, and the fighters felt that they were seen as defenders," — said Biletsky.

The military emphasized that the way mobilization has been handled now is "inadequate." In most cases, forcibly mobilized soldiers are not as effective on the front lines as other military personnel and command would hope.

"We all understand very well that yes, we need a draft and all that, but we recognize that the way it has been implemented is inadequate. You won't find among the military any fans of all these measures. For a simple reason: what then does a sergeant, officer, or soldier do with this 'tiger' that they were given in the unit? Sometimes it causes them more problems than benefits," — said Biletsky.

Let us recall that recently in Sumy, a man died after visiting the TRC.

Earlier, "Telegraph" reported that in Kharkiv, a soldier was brutally beaten and robbed.
