Quiche is a very hearty pie that makes for a great lunch option. Its dough is so easy to prepare that even someone with little culinary experience can make it. Additionally, the filling can be customized to your taste. For instance, you can make baked goods with salmon or with chicken.

1. To prepare the base, add salt and cold butter to the flour.
2. Rub until it resembles crumbs.
3. Next, add the egg and milk.
4. Quickly knead into a uniform dough.
5. Place in a slider bag and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
6. For the filling, sauté the chicken fillet until cooked, add spices to taste, and boil the broccoli until semi-cooked for 2-3 minutes; then immediately transfer it to cold water to preserve its bright color.
7. Roll the dough out to a thin layer about 5 mm thick, transfer it to a form, evenly distribute, and lay out the filling.
8. For the custard, combine all ingredients, pour it over the base, sprinkle with cheese, add the cherry tomatoes, and place it in the oven.
9. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
