Warm weather in Kyiv won't last long: forecasters predict a drop in temperature along with rain and snow.

On Wednesday and Thursday, the city will experience variable cloudiness and unseasonably warm temperatures. However, by Friday, colder weather and rain mixed with snow are expected.

In the coming days, January 1-2, the weather will delight Kyiv with warmth and some clearing in the sky. However, on January 3, the city will experience cloudiness, precipitation, and a drop in temperature.

From Wednesday to Friday, daytime temperatures will fluctuate between +3 and +9 degrees, while nighttime temperatures will range from -1 to +4 degrees. This is mentioned in the forecast by Sinoptik.

Wednesday, January 1, will bring predominantly cloudy weather to the city, but clear skies can be expected in the morning and afternoon. No precipitation is forecasted. During the day, temperatures will rise to +7 degrees, while at night, it will drop to -1 degree. The strongest wind gusts are expected during the day – light winds at 3 m/s.

Cloudiness will persist on Thursday, January 2, but there is a forecast for some clearing in the morning and afternoon. There will be no rain or snow. Daytime temperatures will reach +9 degrees, while nighttime temperatures will drop to +4 degrees. Wind speeds on this day will not exceed light winds at 3 m/s.

On the last working day of the week, January 3, expect significant cloud cover, snow mixed with rain, and a decrease in temperature. In the morning, there may be rain mixed with snow, which should end by midday. Daytime temperatures will hover around +3 degrees, while at night they will fall to -1 degree. Wind gusts on Friday will not exceed light winds at 2 m/s.

Previously, "Telegraph" reported on the expected weather in Ukraine on January 1 according to the forecast from Ukrhydrometcenter. Meteorologists indicated that a yellow level of danger was declared in some regions due to strong wind gusts.
