Margaret Simonyan's husband is named Tigran Keosayan, and like his wife, he is a Kremlin propagandist. He is a native of Moscow, born on January 4, 1966, and he is about to turn 59 years old. Keosayan is a well-known actor and television host, and he runs the propaganda program "International Sawmill."

Tigran Keosayan holds a particularly cynical view regarding Ukraine. For instance, in his television program, he consistently portrayed Ukraine as a weak and corrupt country that survives solely due to Western assistance. He has also claimed that the Ukrainian authorities are illegitimate and has repeatedly asserted that Crimea belongs to Russia and that Donbas is not part of Ukraine.

Tigran Keosayan and Margaret Simonyan officially married only in 2022, but they have been living together since 2012. It is likely that Simonyan took Keosayan from his family—he was married for 21 years to the well-known actress Alena Khmelnytska, who bore him two children. They officially divorced only in 2014. With Simonyan, Keosayan has three children: a daughter, Marianna, born in 2013; a son, Bagrat, born in 2014; and another daughter, Maro, born in 2019.
