In Dnipro, scammers are using a new trick that causes significant damage - they are paying with fake money. This concerns 200 hryvnia notes. This information was reported by "Vydomo" citing "HDnipro".

A trusting balloon seller fell victim to one of these fraudsters, who received a counterfeit bill in exchange for her goods.

The video clearly shows how the perpetrator pays with a fake 200 hryvnia note for the item received.

Recently, employees of cafes have also frequently become victims of such fraudsters. The scam involves the criminals visiting establishments in the evenings, purchasing coffee, and paying with souvenir money while hiding the real bills. They then demand change, and if one doesn't pay attention to the details, the counterfeit can easily go unnoticed.

Be vigilant and do not fall for such scams by fraudsters.
