The court session regarding Tishchenko in Dnipro is ongoing, but the MP has once again failed to appear in court.

On Friday, January 10, in Dnipro, the preparatory hearing continued for the case involving MP Mykola Tyshchenko and former special forces fighter Dmytro Mazokha. Following the judge's withdrawal on January 6, a recess was announced during the session. This was reported by "Vidomo" citing "Suspilne".

Mykola Tyshchenko was once again absent from today’s session. According to his lawyer, the MP is attending a session in the Verkhovna Rada.

Dmytro Mazokha, a former military man, reacted to the absence of the MP in the courtroom.

"It's already amusing to watch this. He shows up in the Verkhovna Rada, yet just two weeks ago he was being wheeled out in a wheelchair. It's frustrating that we are wasting time, that we are entering the media space regarding this matter; he is a representative of the people, and he should fulfill his duties like no one else," – he stated.
