A high salary and job security won't be enough. The military enlistment office has been authorized to mobilize employees from essential businesses.

The TCK operates in accordance with current legislation.
Высокая зарплата и бронь не спасут: ТЦК разрешил мобилизацию работников критически важных отраслей.

Booking of employees at critical enterprises does not guarantee 100% protection from mobilization, as territorial recruitment centers (TRC) can now summon them as well.

Ukrainian MP Alexander Fediienko reported this. According to him, he contacted the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine to clarify a case of mobilization of a booked employee from a critical enterprise.

"This means that the deferment for an employee of a critical enterprise can now be canceled, even disregarding the fact that they were booked. You can set their salary at even one hundred thousand, but you will not be able to protect your employee from further mobilization," the message states.

It is noted that the Mykolaiv regional recruitment and social support center, which mobilized the booked employee, is acting within the framework of the law.

"The officials who canceled the deferment from military service during mobilization did not take into account the fact that the specified employees were booked by the enterprise recognized as critical, rather than by the executor of the mobilization task," the document states.

This means that the TRC can annul the booking of employees from any critical enterprise, especially if it is not fulfilling the mobilization task. There is an option to challenge this decision in court, but it will take a certain amount of time, during which the individual may be undergoing training or service.

"The issue with this entire situation is that now it is impossible to demobilize such a person. The enterprise loses a critically important employee. And the entire booking system undermines the trust of enterprises that are booking critically important workers within the framework of the existing legislation," the MP adds.
