"Lucrative" road tender in Khmelnytskyi region: $200,000 allocated for each kilometer.

In the Khmelnytskyi region, approximately 439 million hryvnias will be allocated for the maintenance of state roads. According to the contract, the funds will be used for the upkeep of 561.9 kilometers of highways.

This is confirmed by a tender published on the Zakupivli.pro website. The Infrastructure Recovery and Development Service in Khmelnytskyi region plans to sign a corresponding contract for the operational maintenance of state roads and artificial structures. Proposals will be accepted until January 17.

Under the terms of the contract, the contractor must ensure snow removal, prevent the formation of ice, eliminate potholes, and address road surface subsidence and deformations. Prompt response to accidents and the elimination of their consequences are also included in the provisions.

The contractor is allowed 24 hours to address emergency situations from the moment of receiving the relevant directive from law enforcement. Representatives of the contracting company must also participate in assessing road conditions at accident sites.

The warranty period for various types of work ranges from one to five years.
