In Kryvyi Rih, a man, in a state of extreme agitation due to a prolonged conflict with the head of a garage cooperative, attacked and assaulted him. The incident arose amid ongoing disputes related to power outages in the garage owned by the attacker. This information was reported in the verdict of the Dolgintsevsky Court of Kryvyi Rih, as noted by "Vidomo".
According to the case materials, the conflict between the two men had begun several months prior. The head of the garage cooperative allegedly used electricity without accounting for its consumption, which led to regular power outages in the garage. This caused dissatisfaction for the garage owner, who had repeatedly attempted to resolve the issue amicably but to no avail.
On the day of the incident, the accused was leaving the cooperative in his vehicle when he spotted the chairman riding an electric scooter.
The man couldn't contain his emotions—upon approaching the source of his frustration, he began voicing all his complaints regarding the power outages. Following this, the enraged man, without waiting for an explanation, struck the chairman in the face with his elbow. The blow was unexpected, and the head of the cooperative nearly fell off his scooter.
In an attempt to avoid further violence, the victim tried to leave, but the aggressor was not willing to let him go and punched him in the face.
During the court hearing, the accused fully admitted his guilt. He expressed remorse and requested not to impose strict penalties on him. As a result, the court found him guilty of intentionally causing minor bodily harm under part 1 of Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and imposed a fine of 850 hryvnias.
