What to do if "Reserve+" does not pull up the mobilization booking?

Employees of critical infrastructure enterprises can receive reservations during the mobilization period. They have a reservation mark in their military registration documents within the "Reserve+" mobile application.

However, sometimes this information does not appear. Lawyer Yuri Aivazyan explained on the "Yuristi.UA" portal that in such cases, one should contact the TCC and SP.

According to the lawyer, this issue lies specifically with "Reserve+". Therefore, it is essential to verify the data.

Aivazyan noted that this can be rectified by submitting a request to the TCC where the citizen is registered. The request should specify that the reservation information needs to be added or corrected in the electronic system.

The lawyer emphasized that this is a common problem, and there is no need to worry.

"I have done this multiple times for my clients, and in most cases, it has been successful," the lawyer shared.

We remind you that as of December 1, 2024, new reservation rules for conscripted individuals working in critical infrastructure enterprises have come into effect. For an employee to be reserved, they must meet the following criteria:

• Officially employed at a critical infrastructure enterprise where the employee earns no less than 20,000 UAH each month for the last reporting quarter. For example, to be reserved in December 2024, the salary for July, August, and September of this year must meet the specified amount. In the case of a reservation in the first quarter of 2025, the earnings for October, November, and December will be reviewed.
• Be registered for military service.
• Military registration data must be updated. The employee should verify personal information as stipulated in paragraph 2 of section II "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine on amendments to legislative acts regarding military service, mobilization, and military registration.

All information regarding the provision of reservations from mobilization is automatically recorded in the military registration document in electronic format.
