With the enemy just kilometers from the border, a peculiar tender is being held in Dnipropetrovsk region, seemingly for the sake of government PR.

The Advertising Department of the Kamensk City Council in the Dnipropetrovsk region has announced a procurement for informational services to publicize the activities of executive bodies on the internet. The expected cost of the procurement is 1.3 million hryvnias.

According to the technical specifications, throughout 2025, 249 publications about the work of the city authorities will be posted on five internet resources (naspravdi.net, Kamenckoe.net, Ukrtime.net, dneprnews.net, dneprlife.net). Information about the procurement is available on the Zakupivli platform.

The list of services includes the placement of informational messages regarding the activities of local government bodies, social advertising, holiday greetings, announcements of events involving representatives of the city council, and statements from officials.

The contractor must ensure media support for the city council's activities, develop a program to inform citizens, provide consultations on disseminating information online, and promptly cover unplanned events, particularly emergencies.

The cost of services also includes the creation of textual and photographic content, the development of informational triggers, editorial preparation, and adaptation of materials for various internet platforms.

Additionally, it was previously reported by Telegraf that a significant tender was announced in Sumy. There, 2.25 million will be paid for the capture of stray dogs.
