Ukrainian officials only confirm the ongoing negotiations with the Russian Federation concerning prisoner exchanges and the repatriation of Ukrainian children.

Additionally, the outlet states that Russia will demand Ukraine to sharply sever military ties with NATO and become a neutral state with a limited army during any negotiations with the future U.S. President Donald Trump, according to sources familiar with the matter.
