The reconstruction of the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris has been completed, which suffered during a severe fire in spring 2019.
A video of the grand opening ceremony of the world-famous landmark is published by "Novyny. Live". The ceremony was attended by leaders from more than 40 countries. Among them were the presidents of Germany, Italy, Poland, Croatia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Lithuania, Greece, Ukraine, France, as well as the Prime Minister of Armenia.
From the United States, current President Joe Biden and recently elected President Donald Trump attended the ceremony.
Additional footage from the cathedral's opening ceremony has also surfaced online.
Meanwhile, the publication "Meduza" shares photographs from the opening ceremony of the cathedral.

The gothic spire, built in the 19th century, was also destroyed. The restoration process of the cathedral began after the completion of reinforcement work in September 2021.
