Two law enforcement officers and two spouses who worked in the State Emergency Service will be prosecuted for organizing a brothel in the city of Pavlohrad. This was reported by "Vідомо," citing the State Bureau of Investigations.
Employees of the SBI, together with the National Police, have completed a pre-trial investigation concerning individuals who involved women in prostitution. They are charged with creating and maintaining places of debauchery for profit and involving individuals in prostitution, taking advantage of their vulnerable state, committed by an organized group (Part 2 of Article 302, Part 2 of Article 303 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The defendants face a prison sentence of up to 7 years.
