Husband assaults wife and kills his own father: domestic abuser arrested in Dnipro (PHOTO)

On one of the streets in the Industrial District of Dnipro, on January 9 around 12:00, a quarrel broke out between former spouses. During the altercation, a 47-year-old man struck his ex-wife in the face, causing her to fall to the ground, as reported by "Vydomo," citing the Police of Dnipropetrovsk Region.

Following this, the assailant went to his father's home, where a conflict also arose between the two men due to verbal insults. As a result, the aggressor lost control and struck his 78-year-old father on the head multiple times. The pensioner succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.

Law enforcement apprehended the suspect, and investigators informed him of the charges under part 2 of article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (deliberate minor bodily harm) and part 2 of article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (deliberate serious bodily harm). Pre-trial investigations are currently ongoing.
