Another participant in the intelligence network of the Russian military intelligence, involved in adjusting enemy missile strikes on Dnipro, has received a 15-year prison sentence based on evidence provided by the Security Service of Ukraine. This was reported by the SBU press service, as conveyed by "Vідомо".
Back in January 2023, the SBU counterintelligence neutralized an enemy group consisting of eight individuals. While one of the suspects was sentenced to 15 years in prison for providing the aggressor with the coordinates of local energy-generating facilities.
The case involves a 47-year-old employee of a local thermal power station, who, after the attacks, would arrive at the sites of the "strikes" to document their aftermath and also adjusted subsequent shelling. Additionally, the perpetrator spied on the combat positions of the air defense units protecting the city. He then relayed the information through a former resident of Dnipro, who had moved to Russia in 2014 and collaborated with the Russian intelligence service.
