In Dnipro, on Slohobzhansky Avenue, patrol officers discovered a Dacia vehicle being driven by a teenager. This was reported by "Vidomo," referencing the Patrol Police of Dnipropetrovsk Region.
The incident occurred around midnight on January 17. The police stopped the car and during their conversation, learned that the boy was 14 years old and, of course, did not possess a driver's license.
Officers called the boy's mother to the scene and informed juvenile prevention authorities about the incident. A protocol was drawn up against the woman under part 2 of Article 184 (Failure of parents or guardians to fulfill their child-rearing duties repeatedly within a year) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
The minor was handed over to his mother, while the vehicle was entrusted to a licensed driver.
