In Dnipro, an anonymous sender issued a chilling letter threatening to bomb children's institutions.

On January 16, 2025, another ordinary weekday turned alarming as reports of bomb threats targeting educational institutions surfaced in the city once again. Information regarding explosives allegedly planted in both schools and kindergartens was sent via email in the form of a corresponding letter. In it, an anonymous individual threatened to activate their plan sooner or later. This was reported by "Vydomo" citing "DS: News Dnipro".

Following the receipt of this letter, children from the institutions were evacuated. No explosives were found.

Adults are complaining that lessons for children are being disrupted almost daily in this manner. They say this situation has been ongoing for several months. Schoolchildren are unable to study properly. Parents of children attending kindergartens are finding it difficult to work peacefully.

Unfortunately, there is currently no mechanism in the city to combat false bomb threats. Therefore, it makes sense to remain vigilant.
