In Dnipropetrovsk region, a 17-year-old boy fatally beat an acquaintance; the court has issued its verdict.

In Dnipropetrovsk region, a 17-year-old boy, unable to control his aggression during a quarrel, beat the victim to death and then attempted to flee to another city. The court has issued a sentence. This is reported by "Vydomo" referencing the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk region.

The incident occurred in October of last year in the village of Mykolaivka. During a joint leisure activity between the suspect and a 47-year-old man, a conflict arose. The boy inflicted multiple blows to the victim's body, resulting in the latter's death at the scene.

Investigators have informed the suspect of the charges against him for committing a crime as stipulated in part 1 of Article 115 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Currently, by the verdict of the Petrykivka District Court, the perpetrator has been sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment.
