Nebytov emphasized that the Russians spare no resources in their efforts to kill defenders and law enforcement in the rear, with the enemy's goal being to weaken not only Ukrainian security and defense forces but also society and the state as a whole by carrying out terrorist attacks.

"By recruiting terrorist bombers among traitorous citizens, Russia is attempting to destabilize the situation within the country and divide society. All these explosions, arson of vehicles, and destruction of infrastructure are deliberate acts of sabotage, simultaneously escalating with the enemy's information-psychological attacks aimed at discrediting the military and the entire law enforcement system," the law enforcement officer emphasized.
