In Tomakovka, a village in the Nikopol district, unknown vandals have desecrated the New Year decorations in the Central Park of the settlement. This was reported on the Facebook page of the community, as conveyed by "Vidomo".

The perpetrators smashed the decorations and scattered their pieces around.

"In the Central Park, Christmas and New Year decorations were created for children and adults. They brought joy to visitors. But no, for some, the celebration has ended! Some have a habit of destroying decorations and scattering them throughout the park," the message states.

Residents of the village who may have witnessed the vandalism are urged not to remain silent about it.

"The park should be preserved, not destroyed," the author of the message added.
