In Zheltye Vody, a jealous man stabbed another man in the heart.

In Zheltye Vody, police apprehended a local resident for attempting to murder a man. This was reported by "Vidomo," referencing the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Region.

On November 3, around 11 PM, the police received a report that a man with a stab wound was in the entrance of one of the buildings.

Law enforcement determined that the suspect had entered the apartment of an acquaintance, where his wife was visiting. When the front door opened and people began to exit the house, the assailant, driven by jealousy, attacked a 45-year-old man and stabbed him in the heart with a bayonet knife. The victim was taken to the intensive care unit of the hospital.

The authorities tracked down the suspect and detained him under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The attacker turned out to be a 35-year-old local resident. The weapon used in the crime was seized.

In coordination with the Zhovtovodsk District Prosecutor's Office, the man was informed of the suspicion under part 2 of Article 15, part 1 of Article 115 (attempted murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The question of choosing a preventive measure for him is being resolved.
