Жителя Днепропетровщины подозревают в блокировании работы ТЦК и СП по мобилизации.

Two residents from Dnipropetrovsk and Poltava regions are suspected of organizing and implementing a large-scale scheme that allows conscripted individuals to evade mobilization. They are charged with crimes under part 2 of article 28 and part 1 of article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which involves severe penalties. The case is being handled under the procedural guidance of the Poltava Regional Prosecutor's Office, reports "Vydomo".

In January 2025, a resident of Dnipropetrovsk, along with an accomplice, initiated criminal activities aimed at forging and distributing fake documents. For a significant sum—over 120,000 hryvnias—they created a "certificate" from one of Ukraine's law enforcement agencies, which granted its holder a fictitious immunity and allowed them to successfully avoid mobilization efforts.

The role of each suspect in this criminal chain is clearly defined by the investigation. The Dnipropetrovsk resident was responsible for producing the forged document. He also sent the fake certificate to his accomplice in the Poltava region using postal services. The accomplice then handed the counterfeit document to a conscript, who, relying on its authenticity, attempted to use it to evade conscription. It was at this stage that one of the suspects was arrested. Currently, the accomplice is in custody. Regarding the Dnipropetrovsk resident, the decision on the measure of restraint is still under consideration.
